TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

I apologise for any inconvenience but I am currently unable to link my shop and my paypal service as BigCartel have implemented some changes which have left me without a checkout for the time being. They have assured me their tech department will resolve it soon.

In the meantime, please feel free to contact me about any items you wish to purchase and I will send the postal quote, and thereafter, a paypal link or invoice directly instead.

Due to our current global situation there are likely to be delays processing orders.

I only go out when I have to get personal supplies, and then I post orders & commissions at the same time. Please bear this in mind when you purchase from my shop. It’s early days but once a fortnight seems to be my average. *

General Data Protection Regulation (EU)

The only data I ever use as Littlemoo are the details you give me when you commission me or make a purchase (email, name, address, date and Paypal transaction). It is only seen by me and not harvested for a mailing list or anything like that.

I don't use any third party apps or plugins for my store front and I only access it via personal computer in my home office, not mobile phone or tablet.

Big Cartel is the data handler for both mine and your details in this regard, and your shipping information is processed by me alone, using a combination of Big Cartel's platform and Paypal. I generally keep my 'Shipped Orders' page available for any potential issues with orders or insurance claims after I've posted them, but with the new regulations you can ask me to amend or remove your personal details at any time.


WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM/S?

RETURNS:

On the whole I don't accept returns unless there is damage to an item. You will need to return a damaged item within 14 days for a replacement or refund. I'm afraid I can't cover your postage fees.


WHY ARE YOU SELLING MAKIELAB STUFF?:

I was an employee at Makielab and after the London office closed at the end of 2015 I was granted reseller privileges. I have very limited stock but will list what I can here and elsewhere once in a while.


HOW DO YOU WORK OUT THE POSTAGE?

Postage is for an initial item in your basket (based on UK Royal mail prices), then I am able to assign a secondary charge for extra items (just to be sure there's enough to cover packaging and extra weight in an entire order). It's not a precise method though so if you order a lot and the p&p seems excessive I can either refund the difference or you can mail me before you checkout to arrange an invoice instead.

WHY IS EVERYTHING SOLD OUT?

I'm sorry. It appears you may have missed some sales :( 

I currently have to update stock levels manually so can no longer digitally track my remaining stock. There might be an occasion when I fail to remove a listing after a purchase leaving it ‘available’ to buy still.

This hasn’t happened to date but it’s a possibility in future, at which point I will contact you to apologise and either offer a refund or an alternative item based on your preference.

This also means that some low-stock items may suddenly disappear. And once they’re gone, they’re gone. So don’t hang around if you need something specific
